Overview
Client Agents is the Platform workspace for the agents attached to the selected rollout client. Internal employees with Platform Agents access can select an Active or Onboarding rollout client, while the Role Access matrix still decides which client-agent roles each employee can open. Signed client users remain limited to their permitted deals and approved agents. Each client login receives a private conversation history, even when several people at the same company use the same agent. Client-facing answers use only the approved account summary: account name, campaign names, statuses and enrollment counts, plus aggregate booked and upcoming meeting counts. Internal notes, transcripts, messages, staff performance, and operating records remain private. The workspace also provides staff-approved memory, files, setup, approvals, and a visual list-building workspace when the selected role supports it. Website Expert can research the client, replace the generated starter with a client-specific design system, and open a published SalesHive-hosted site for review.
How to use this page
Select a rollout client
Use the client switcher in the top bar. An internal employee with Platform Agents access can open any Active or Onboarding rollout client that has client agents enabled. This page access does not expand CRM access on other pages. A signed client can select only a deal permitted for that client account.
Open an available agent
Choose Agent Director, a functional manager, or a focused expert from the left rail. Agent Director opens by default when available. The Role Access matrix controls which roles an employee can see for every selected client, so page access and role access are separate. Client users see only their personal assistant and client-visible roles allowed for their account.
Use your private client conversation
Each signed client login gets its own Conversation, History, and conversation files, even when another person at the same company uses the same client agent. Start fresh opens a new thread only for the current login, while the prior thread remains in that login's History. One client member cannot open another member's conversation or files.
Ask for an account update
Client-facing agents can ground answers in the server-approved account summary: the account name, campaign names, campaign statuses, enrolled contact counts, total booked meetings, and upcoming booked meetings. Internal client notes, transcripts, internal messages, staff performance, deliverability diagnostics, billing, and platform operations are not available in a client conversation. Ask the agent to route requests that require specialist work to the SalesHive team.
Build a client-specific website
Open Website Expert for the current client. Ask it to research the client's real brand, audience, offer, and industry, then replace the generated starter with a client-specific design fingerprint. The design should define its direction, hero composition, section rhythm, imagery rules, signature motif, and one pattern to avoid. A color or font swap alone is not a completed custom site. Pages should share one brand system while using distinct compositions. Before calling the site custom or complete, Website Expert must clear its design audit and complete visual review.
Open and review the client website
If that client has a published SalesHive-hosted site, select View website above the conversation to open the public site in a new tab. SalesHive uses the site's custom domain when one is configured; otherwise it opens the SalesHive preview host. Draft and unpublished sites do not show the action. Review the actual published pages for composition, content, mobile usability, and brand fit.
Build and review a list workspace
Open List Building Expert as an authorized staff user to use Source and filters beside the conversation. Choose ZoomInfo, Apollo, Apify, or Bright Data, set Requested rows, and complete the provider-specific criteria. Save or clear unsaved edits before changing the source, Apollo search type, or Bright Data dataset. Results shows delivered CSV files, row counts, a table preview, and Download CSV. Client users do not receive this staff workspace.
Ask the List Building Expert to work
As an authorized staff user, use Ask agent to send the current source, filters, and requested count to the expert. Save and ask agent saves unsaved criteria first. Choosing a source or saving filters does not purchase data. In an Apollo people preview, provider-filtered values, work email, and phone may be hidden even though Apollo applied the submitted filters, so a blank preview field is not failed qualification. Review the exact preview rows, validate with the same criteria and count, then require exact-count approval before paid redemption.
Chat or start focused work
Use the composer to send a request, dictate, or attach a supported file. Live activity shows whether the request is waiting, loading, using a tool, reasoning, or writing. Empty response placeholders and internal session markers stay hidden so the transcript remains readable. Staff viewers with model details enabled can also see the model and managed reasoning effort beneath the latest reply.
Choose how client changes are approved
Where available to staff, use Ask me or Approve for me at the lower left of the composer. Ask me requires chat approval for every client change. Approve for me allows routine updates, while significant campaign, sending, bulk, and paid actions still require approval. These staff approval controls are not available to signed client users.
Review the workspace tabs
Use Conversation, History, Memory, Files, and Setup when available. Staff can edit only the client-context files exposed in Memory. Setup is a policy summary, not a place to change role grants or page access. Delivered files remain available in Files. Signed client users see only their own conversation history and files, and do not receive staff-only Memory or Setup.
Use the client view
Signed client members can use the current deal's permitted assistant and role agents, their private Conversation and History, their conversation files, and Start fresh. Client-facing agents answer from the approved account summary and route work that needs internal tools or records. Staff-only Memory, Setup, approval controls, list-building controls, Run now, and enable or pause controls remain hidden. Prospect users continue through onboarding instead of this workspace.
